Clean the aluminium surfaces with water and soap or neutral detergent, by scrubbing with a non-abrasive synthetic sponge, following the grains. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth, even a microfiber one.

Clean using only tepid water and non-abrasive liquid detergents. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth. At least twice a year apply waterproofing and anti-stains products (specific for marble and granite). Do not use abrasive materials (pastes, powders and metal cloths) and promptly clean lemon, coffee, wine and vinegar stains. Do not lean directly on the countertop pans just taken off from the hob or the oven.
